We are joined on today’s broadcast by Dave and Donna Fickes. Donna is from outside of Cleveland, Ohio and as an adult moved to Richmond where she met Dave. Dave is from Chicago and when he was seven years old, his family moved to Kansas City. Dave and Donna lived in Texas before moving to the Shenandoah Valley earlier this year when Donna got a job at JMU. Dave and Donna are very involved in celebrate recovery, which is what brought them to the Church of the Nazarene in Harrisonburg. They join us on HOPE Talks today, to share part 2 of their testimony and about how God helped them get through the tragic loss of Dave’s younger brother Jay, at age 51 who died while working as a firefighter.
