On today’s broadcast of HOPE Talks we are joined by Geraldo Vargas. Geraldo was born and raised in New York city . His parents were from the Dominican Republic, where their family spent their summers. Geraldo eventually made his way to the Shenandoah Valley. He joins us today to share his testimony.
